Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
NDA is signed with all the employees to ensure that the operations, activities, and business affairs of the company and the clients are kept confidential. The agreement addresses matter of confidentiality of information learned during and with relation to performing his/her job.
Project Specific BOND
Bonds are signed only for specific projects to ensure the business affairs of the client are kept confidential. Induction training on company's HR policies and QISMS is conducted for all employees at the time of joining.
Confidentiality of Information
CYGNET ensures that the activities of the company and our clients are kept confidential. Employees are also responsible for the internal security of such information and those found to be violating this policy are subject to disciplinary action.
Personal Files
The company maintains personnel files of each employee.
Work hours Logging
Employees are required to register themselves using card reader when they enter and leave the office. Entry control logs to be reviewed by HR and signed on weekly basis to identify information security incidences and to be reported to the Information Security officer.
Personal Appearance & Demeanor
Each employee has an obligation to reflect professionalism in his or her conduct, speech, and attire.
Disciplinary Action Policy
An employee may be subject to disciplinary action when that employee fails to meet standards. The objective of disciplinary action is to correct improper behavior, improve performance, and protect the interests of the company.
1) Types of Disciplinary Action
An employee guilty of misconduct may be punished by: Verbal Warning, Written Warning, Suspended for a period not exceeding 4 days, Stoppage of annual increments, Demotion, Discharge, Termination, Dismissal without notice.
2) Termination of Employment
Cygnet Infotech expects that the employees willing to terminate their relationship with Cygnet should submit a notice regarding their last date well in advance. Employees are required to return all assets as well as data related to project work done to the reporting manager.
Background Check
Thorough background checks of all the security personnel and housekeeping staff is being done before hiring.
Detailed background checks for all employees are being conducted. The background checks are also being conducted for all third party contractors. Background checks will include but are not limited to:
1) Reference check with the previous employers for all employees with prior experience are conducted
2) In order to verify the criminal records, the police verification during passport issuance is considered as an evidence of proper information security record
The User Registration form is filled up by HR Executive and the same is handed over to the SA for allocation of Access Rights for the employee. When any employee is leaving the organization, his/her access rights are removed from all the security systems and relieving records are verified and maintained.
