computer hardware maintenance
- The hardware is maintained as per Annual Maintenance Contracts or on call basis.
- These services are monitored by internal employees as per the requirements of users.
- The Maintenance Log is maintained for logging in the maintenance requests and the actions taken for the same.
- Dedicated engineers are available for Network Enhancement and maintenance.
- Services of Third parties are used as and when required and their work is supervised by in-house Network Engineer.
- When any desktop / workstation are allocated to the employees, the same is recorded in the Workstation History Log.
In case of changes in the allocation of workstations than the Workstation History Logs are updated with these changes.
