Incidents are monitored using Maintenance Logs and other system logs.

The learning from such logs as well as long-term actions such as Capacity planning and up gradation of systems is decided after the review of logs every month. Such actions are documented in Corrective and Preventive Actions forms.

For incidences related to physical and environmental security identified by employees / clients / visitors of Cygnet are recorded in Incident Logs by ISO / respective employee.

The learning from such logs is reviewed and long term corrective and preventive actions are identified and recorded in respective forms.
